Agia Marina (Αγία Μαρίνα) Evoia
Agia Marina is a settlement in the municipal community and municipal unit of Kymi, in the municipality of Kymi - Aliveri, in the regional unit (former prefecture) of Evoia, in the region of Central Greece, according to the Kallikratis program.[2][3] Before the Kapodistrias plan and the Kallikratis program, it belonged to the Karystia district of the Evoia prefecture, in the geographical department of Central Greece.[4]
Geographical information
Agia Marina is a settlement in the east-central part of Evoia. It is located on a hill at the northeastern ends of Mavrovouni, in a position overlooking the bay of Kymi and the Aegean Sea. It has an average elevation of 140 meters and is approximately 95 kilometers northeast of Chalkida. To the west of it is Kymi, at a distance of approximately 4 km. while to the south the port and the beach of Kymi, Evoia.[4][5][6][7]

Administrative changes until "Kallikratis"
Agia Marina was recognized as a settlement in 1981 and was annexed to the municipality of Kymi, Evia. With the Government Gazette 87A - 07/06/2010, it was detached from the municipality of Kymi and annexed to the municipality of Kymi - Aliveri.[3]
Sights
The pebble beach of "Soutsini", with its characteristic colored rocks in the northeast. It is said that the sand of the beach was artificially transported by cargo ships, while today it has decreased significantly. In recent years the area has been degraded, while the chapel of Agia Marina that adorned the coast seems to have been destroyed.[12]
