Parigoris (Παρηγόρης) Evrytania

Parigoris is a mountainous village in the prefecture of Evrytania at an altitude of 550 meters[2], which is located southwest of the Krikeliotis torrent and is 43 km southwest of Karpenisi[3]. It was recognized as a settlement in 1961 and was annexed to the then community of Aspropyrgos[4]. According to the Kallikratis plan, together with Aspropyrgos and Vrysoula, it forms the local community of Aspropyrgos, which belongs to the municipal unit of Prousos of the Municipality of Karpenisi and, according to the 2011 census, has no permanent residents[5].
