Agioi Apostoloi (Άγιοι Απόστολοι) Ioannina
Agioi Apostoloi is a village in the local community of Kranoula, in the municipal unit of Perama, in the municipality of Ioannina, in the regional unit (former prefecture) of Ioannina, in the region of Epirus, according to the Kallikratis program.[2][3]
Before the Kapodistrias plan and the Kallikratis program, it belonged to the province of Dodoni in the prefecture of Ioannina, in the geographical department of Epirus.[4][5]
Until 1940, the village was called Varvesi (to).[3]
Geography
Agioi Apostoloi is a mountainous settlement in the central part of the prefecture, at the western ends of Mount Mitsikeli and at an average elevation of 590. It is located approximately 13 km NW of the city of Ioannina.[4][5][6][7]

The settlement was recognized in 1919 and annexed to the community of Perivleptou. In 1940 it was renamed Agii Apostoloi
As Agii Apostoloi
With the Government Gazette 244A - 4/12/1997 the settlement was detached from the community of Perivleptou and annexed to the municipality of Perama
With the Government Gazette 87A - 07/06/2010 it was detached from the municipality of Perama and annexed to the municipality of Ioannina
