Agios Prokopios (Άγιος Προκόπιος) Trikala
Agios Prokopios is a settlement in the Trikala Regional Unit, in the Thessaly Region. Administratively, it belongs to the Community of Agios Prokopios, of the Municipal Unit of Pyli and is subordinate to the Municipality of Pyli.[1] The local community is characterized as a rural mountainous settlement, with an area of 5,089 km² (2011).[2]
Geographic information
Agios Prokopios of Trikala is built at an altitude of 601 meters[3] and has 92 residents, according to the 2011 Census.[4] Until 1955, it was called Zioli.[5]
