Salad Artemis

INGREDIENTS

1 beam garden rocket
1 red pomegranate
4 walnuts
5 Pieces of cheese fetta
rubbed carrot
2 small tomato
olive oil,
vinegar balsamic
salt

Implementation

We wash rocket and we get the leaves and we place them in shallow plate so that the leaves come out outside from plate.

We clean the pomegranate and we put it above the garden rocket.

We cut one tomato in small pieces and we place them in the centre of the salad.

From the other tomato we begin to cut the skin from the base of the tomato going to the centre. Afterwards we pass this skin from the end and we wrap it so that takes shape of a rose.

We get the walnuts and we put them in 4 points. We get little rubbed carrot and we intermediarily put it in the walnuts.

We cut 5 small pieces of cheese fetta and we put it outside the walnuts, intermediary we place few rubbed cheese fetta.

At the end we pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
