In Greek mythology, Astydameia or Astydamia (/əˌstɪdəˈmiːə/; Ancient Greek: Ἀστυδάμεια Astudámeia, derived from ἄστυ ástu, "town", and δαμάω damáo, "to tame") is a name attributed to several individuals:
