Agios Stefanos (Άγιος Στέφανος) Mykonos
Agios Stefanos is a settlement on the island of Mykonos. It is administratively part of the municipal community of Mykonos, the municipality of Mykonos, the regional unit of Mykonos, in the South Aegean region, according to the Kallikrates program.[1][2] Before the Kapodistrias plan and the Kallikrates program, it belonged to the province of Syros in the Cyclades prefecture, in the geographical department of the Aegean Islands.[3]
Geography
Agios Stefanos is a coastal settlement in northwestern Mykonos. It is located after the bay of Tourlos and at the ends of the "Prophitis Elias" hill (372 m), at an average elevation of 15. It is approximately 3.5 km N.N.W. of Mykonos Town.[3][4][5][6]

The settlement was recognized in 1971 and annexed to the municipality of Mykonos.[2]
General information
Agios Stefanos is one of the most important tourist resorts of Mykonos, with excellent tourist infrastructure (luxury hotel units, rooms to rent and apartments).[5][6] The settlement can be reached by taxi, private vehicle or public transport by bus from Mykonos town.
