Agia Triada (Αγία Τριάς) Imathia
Agia Triada is a settlement in the local community of Prodromos, in the municipal unit of Meliki, in the municipality of Alexandreia, in the regional unit (former prefecture) of Imathia, in the region of Central Macedonia, according to the Kallikratis program.[2][3]
Before the Kapodistrias plan and the Kallikratis program, it belonged to the province and prefecture of Imathia, in the geographical department of Macedonia.[4][5]
Until 1953 it was called Kirkasioi .[3][4]
Geography
Agia Triada is a lowland settlement in the east-central part of the prefecture of Imathia, in the plain of the Aliakmonas River, at an average elevation of 20 meters. It is located approximately 27 km E.N.E. of Veroia.[4][5][6][7]

Administrative changes
Kirkasioi
The settlement was recognized in 1928 and annexed to the community of Prodromos which, at that time, belonged to the prefecture of Thessaloniki. In 1946 it was annexed to the prefecture of Imathia. In 1953 it was renamed Agia Triada.

With the Government Gazette 244A - 04/12/1997 it was detached from the community of Prodromos and annexed to the municipality of Meliki
With the Government Gazette 87A - 07/06/2010 it was detached from the municipality of Meliki and annexed to the municipality of Alexandreia
