    Historically and remarkably

In earlier centuries, several villagers migrated to the Peloponnese, founding Karya in Patras .

Today, the villagers seem to be the strongest drinkers in Greece. It is also characteristic of the large consumption of beer by the residents, something that made in the 2010s and CEOs of large breweries to personally visit the village to find out what the residents like and what they do not like from the beer they make.
