Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark (b. 9 June 1983 in London) is the younger daughter and fourth child of exiled King Constantine of Greece and his wife Queen Anne-Marie.

Her paternal grandparents were Paul of Greece and his Queen consort Frederika of Hanover. Her maternal grandparents were Frederick IX of Denmark and his Queen consort, Ingrid of Sweden. Three of her four grandparents, King Paul of Greece, Queen Frederika, and Queen Ingrid are all descendants of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom. Her paternal aunts include Queen Sofia of Spain and Princess Irene of Greece. Her maternal aunts include Margrethe II of Denmark and Princess Benedikte of Denmark.

The princess was christened at the Greek Cathedral of St. Sophia, Bayswater, London, England, on 20 October 1983. Her godparents are The Crown Prince of Yugoslavia, The King of Romania, The Queen of Great Britain, and The Queen of Denmark.

As of 2005, Princess Theodora was in her senior year (class of 2006) at Brown University, concentrating in Theater Arts.
