Ο Φρανθίσκο ντε Θουρμπαράν (Francisco de Zurbarán, 7 Νοεμβρίου 1598 - 27 Αυγούστου 1664) ήταν Ισπανός ζωγράφος θρησκευτικών κυρίως θεμάτων. Επονομάστηκε «Ισπανός Καραβάτζιο» για την εντυπωσιακή χρήση του κιαροσκούρο (chiaroscuro-φωτοσκίαση).
