Velvina (Βελβίνα) Aitoloakarnania
Velvina is a settlement in Nafpaktos in the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania.[2] According to the Kallikratis plan, it is the Local Community of Velvina, which belongs to the Municipal Unit of Nafpaktos of the Municipality of Nafpaktos and according to the 2011 census has a population of 57 inhabitants[3]. The village is located at the SE ends of the Palatrachi antelope of Mount Klokovas, on the right bank of the Varia stream[4]. The village is 9 km west of Nafpaktos[5]. In 1946, with the Government Gazette 290A - 26/09/1946, the community of Velvina was established with its seat in the same[6].
