Stavros (Σταυρός) Ioannina
Stavros is a mountainous village in the prefecture of Ioannina in Epirus at an altitude of 640 meters[1], which is located at the foot of Mount Xirovouni, on the provincial road Ioannina - Pente Pigadion. It is 33 km south of the city of Ioannina and 1 km west of Sklivani[2]. According to the Kallikratis plan, together with the villages of Sklivani, Agios Georgios, Agios Christoforos, Koulouraiika, Rachi, Profitis Elias and Chora, they form the local community of Sklivani, which belongs to the municipal unit of Agios Dimitrios of the Municipality of Dodoni and according to the 2011 census has a population of 9 inhabitants[3].
