Rogkia (Ρόγκια) Karditsa

Rogkia or Rogia is a settlement south of Karya in the Municipality of Argithea[2] in Thessaly and the Regional Unit of Karditsa, which is built on the western slopes of Mount Karavas at an altitude of 800 meters.[3] It is approximately 2 km. S. from Karya, 9 km. S.-SE. from Anthiro (seat of the municipality) and 73 km. W.-SW. from Karditsa, while the Leskovitiko Rema passes to the west of the village. It was officially mentioned as a separate settlement for the first time in 1951, being registered in the then community of Trizolou.[4] According to the "Kallikratis" Program, together with Karya, Paleochoraki and Ptelea, they constitute the community of Karya, which falls under the municipal unit of Argithea of ​​the Municipality of Argithea, while according to the 2011 census, 46 residents were registered.[5]

In Evrytania and the same municipality but in the Municipal Unit of Acheloos, the synonymous settlement of Rogkia is located.
