Plataria (Πλαταριά) is a sea-side village and resort (population 955 in 2001) of the Syvota Municipality in the Thymida province of the prefecture Thesprotia , which is located in the the periphery of Epirus, Greece. Plataria is c. 13 km SW of Igoumenitsa.
