Petsakoi is a mountainous village in the Prefecture of Achaia, which since 1/1/2011 has been a Local Community of the Municipal Unit of Kalavryta of the "Kallikratiko" Municipality of Kalavryta. Before the implementation of the "Kapodistrian" administrative reform, it was the Community of Petsakoi of the former District of Kalavryta, while subsequently it became a Municipal District of the "Kapodistrian" Municipality of Kalavryta.
The population of the village according to the 2011 Census is 168 inhabitants[2]. The settlement of Bossi also falls under the homonymous Local Community.
It is built at an altitude of approximately 870 meters, on the slopes of Mount Skepasto, northwest of Kalavryta.
Culture
There are two (cultural) associations operating in the village: a) the cultural association called "Union of Petsakiton "Agios Nikolaos"" which was founded on February 16, 1974[citation pending] and b) the "Landscaping & Cultural Association of Petsaki Kalavryta" which has been operating since 2017.[3]
