Petrota (Πετρωτά) Karditsa
Petrota is a small settlement northwest of Ellinokastro in the Municipality of Mouzaki,[1] in Thessaly and the Regional Unit of Karditsa. It is approximately 5 km. S. from Mouzaki (seat of the municipality) and 30 km. W.-NW. from Karditsa while it has an altitude of 270 meters[2]. As a separate settlement it was officially mentioned for the first time in 1991 to be registered in the community of Ellinokastro.[1] According to the Kallikratis plan, together with Ellinokastro and Gravia it forms the community of Ellinokastro which falls under the municipal unit of Mouzaki of Mouzaki and according to the 2011 census 10 residents are registered.[3] The population censuses are:
