Parakalamos (Παρακάλαμος) Ioannina
Parakalamos is a settlement in the Regional Unit of Ioannina, in the Region of Epirus. Administratively, it belongs to the community of Parakalamos, of the Municipal Unit of Ano Kalamas and is under the Municipality of Pogoni.[1]
General information
The settlement is located at an altitude of 400 meters[2] and has 722 residents, according to the 2011 census. Until 1927, it was called Pogdoriani.[3]
