Moni Panachrantou (Μονή Παναχράντου) Andros
The Holy Monastery of Panachrantos[2] - Saint Panteleimon is one of the four active monasteries of the island of Andros. More specifically, the monastery is located on the slope of Mount Gerakones at an altitude of 520 meters[3], near the village of Fallika. The monastery is one of the oldest Byzantine-style monasteries[4] in the Cyclades. The monastery's visitor numbers have increased significantly in recent years, which has attracted many famous people such as the well-known presenter Eleni Menegaki[5]. The abbot of the monastery is Archimandrite Evdokimos Fragoulakis. Today, five monks are registered in the monastery's register, who continue the offer of the monastery with their hospitality and work. History The monastery dates back to the 10th century.
