Lozana (Λωζανά) Ioannina
Lozana is a mountainous village in Dodoni, Ioannina Prefecture, at an altitude of 500 meters[1] and belongs to the so-called Douskara villages. It is located in the southwest of the prefecture, close to the borders of the prefecture of Thesprotia and is approximately 41 km southwest of the city of Ioannina, 3 km southwest of Kerasia and 12 km from the Tyria junction of the Egnatia Motorway[2]. The village is also referred to by the name Lyzana. According to the Kallikratis plan, together with Kerasia they form the local community of Kerasea, which belongs to the municipal unit of Selles, Municipality of Dodoni, and according to the 2011 census has a population of 26 residents[3]
