Livadia (Λιβάδια) Karditsa

Livadia[1] or Leivadia[2] is a small settlement in Thessaly and the Regional Unit of Karditsa,[1] which is located on the northeastern slopes of Mount Voutsikaki at an altitude of 1,160 meters[3]. It is approximately 46 km. W.-SW. from Karditsa and 5 km. N.-NE. from Petrilo. It was officially mentioned as a separate settlement for the first time in 1991, being registered in the then community of Petrilo.[4] According to the "Kallikratis" Program, together with Polydroso, Argyreika, Vasilades, Rossi, Chalkiopoulos and Charis, it forms the community of Petrilo, which falls under the municipal unit of East Argithea of ​​the Municipality of Argithea, while according to the 2011 census, 26 residents were registered.[5]
