Lefka (Λεύκα) Aitoloakarnania
Lefka is a lowland settlement of the Aitoloakarnania Regional Unit at an altitude of 30 meters[2].
Geography - History
Lefka is located north of Lake Lysimachia and is built on the plain of Agrinio, 5 km southwest of the city center. To the northwest of the village is the Agrinio Military Airport[3]. Its old name is Bitsovos and thus it is officially registered for the first time in 1940 as a settlement of the municipality of Agrinio. It was renamed Lefka in 1940 with the Government Gazette 101A - 24/05/1954[4]. According to the Kallikratis program, it belongs to the municipal community of Agrinio which falls under the municipal unit of Agrinio of Agrinio and according to the 2011 census it has a population of 152 residents.[5]

In Aitoloakarnania there are the synonymous settlements: Lefka Apodotias and Lefka Vombokous.
