Lake Lysimacheia , near the city of Agrinio. Area 13.2 km², maximum depth only 9 m. Near the Lake Lysimacheia is the Lake Trichonis. In the past both lakes were connected. Around the lakes a forrest existed. Today the lakes are connected by a channel.
