Krathis is a small river in the prefecture of Achaia. Its main source (known as waters of Styx) is in Chelmos another source is in the forest in Zarouchla.

The length of the river is c. 40 km. The lake Tsivlou was formed after a landslide in the year 1912 produced a barrier.

The name of the river according to Strabo is derived from the word kirnasthai (mixing) since there are two sources for the river. The river is sometimes responsible for floods in Akrata.
