Koutsopapoulos (Κουτσοπάπουλος) Karditsa
Koutsopapoulos is a very small settlement in Thessaly in the Regional Unit of Karditsa,[2] which is located south of the artificial lake Plastira, on the western slopes of Mount Itamos at an altitude of 860 meters[3] and is approximately 29 km. SE. from Karditsa. It is officially mentioned for the first time in 1961 when it was annexed to the then community of Kastaneas.[4] According to the Kallikratis program and its amendment by Kleisthenis I, together with Kastania and Moucha, it constitutes the community of Kastanea.[5] while according to the 2011 census, 8 residents were registered[6] while in 1981 and 1991 they were 23 and 12 respectively[2].
