Katsampas (Κατσαμπάς) Samothraki
Katsampas is a coastal settlement of Samothraki,[1] which is located on the northern coast of the island at an altitude of 18 meters.[2] It is built next to Palaiopolis and on the Kamariotissa - Pigon Samothraki provincial road. It is 5 km. NE. from the port of Kamariotissa and 4 km. N. from Samothraki (Chora).[3] It has been included in the censuses since 1991 as part of the Municipality of Samothraki.[4] According to the 2011 census it has a permanent population of 15 residents.[5] The population censuses are:
