Kastraki (Καστράκι) Magnisia
Kastraki is listed as an uninhabited settlement in Thessaly in the Regional Unit of Magnisia.[1]
General information
Kastraki is located next to and north of Mikrothives and west of the archaeological site of the ancient city of Phthiotis Thebes. It is officially listed as a separate settlement for the first time in 1971, being listed in the community of Mikrothives.[2] According to the Kallikratis program and its amendment by Kleisthenis I, together with Mikrothives, it forms the community of Mikrothives , which falls under the Municipal Unit of Nea Anchialos of the Municipality of Volos and according to the 2011 census, it had no permanent residents[3] while in 2001, 1991, 1981 and 1971, 15[4], 0[5], 21[6] and 27[7] were listed respectively.
