Fteri (Φτέρη) Karditsa
Fteri is a small settlement east of Ellinika in the Municipality of Argithea[1] in Thessaly and the Regional Unit of Karditsa, which is located on the border with the Regional Unit of Trikala at an altitude of 760 meters[2]. It was officially mentioned as a separate settlement for the first time in 2001, when it was registered in the then Local Department of Hellinikon of the municipality of Argithea.[1] According to the "Kallikratis" Program and its amendment Kleisthenes I, together with Ellinika and Varka, it forms the community of Ellinika [3] which falls under the municipal unit of Argithea of the Municipality of Argithea, while according to the 2011 census, 28 residents were registered.[4] In the 2001 census, there were 75 residents.[5]
