Chamouzas (Χαμουζάς) Zakynthos
Chamouzas is a lowland settlement of Zakynthos[2] with an altitude of 25 meters[3] which is 7 km west of Zakynthos town while it is next to and south of Agios Kirikos. As a separate settlement, it was first mentioned in 2001, being registered in the then Local Department of Agios Kyrikos of the municipality of Arkadion.[2] According to the Kallikratis plan, together with Agios Kyirikos, it forms the local community of Agios Kirikos, which belongs to the municipal unit of Arkadion of Zakynthos, and according to the 2011 census, 33 residents were registered.[4] Also, parts of the settlement are included in two neighboring villages, which are Vougiato and Macheirado.
