Akova (Greek: Άκοβα) is a settlement in the community and municipal unit of Argos, Greece. Akova is 4 km west of downtown Argos. There are an Agia Triada church and a rest area for those hikking around Larissa mountain.

Akova also has a small school, and a square (plateia).
The entire population prior to the 1980s were entirely rural and were also farmers. Today, they still form a part of the population of the settlement while tourism is also the main industry. Pavement and electricity were cut off until the mid to late 20th century.
