Xanthe (meaning "Golden One" in ancient Greek) refers to figures in Greek mythology, from the feminine form of the classical Greek adjective xanthos "yellow", "bright". The name was borne by various minor figures in classical mythology and is occasionally chosen by parents in search of an unusual given name for a daughter.

1. Xanthe one of the daughters of Oceanus. See list of Oceanids in Hesiod , Theogony: 346-370
