Voutyro (also known as Vouturo, Voutiro, Boutyro, Bouturo or Boutiro, Greek: Βούτυρο) is a small village located 9 kilometers or 15 minutes south-west of Karpenisi (also known as Karpenissi), the capital of Evritania, Greece. Voutyro is situated at an elevation of 820 meters or 2,690 feet. Voutyro is known by UNESCO as one of the five most environmentally clean areas in the world.

Voutyro is a traditional village of about 150 residents, located 9 km away from Karpenisi, the capital of the Prefecture of Evritania. The municipality of Karpenisi is an administrative part of the Prefecture of Evritania, which is a part of the region of Sterea Ellada. Evritania, with a total extent of 2047 km2, borders on the Prefectures of Fthiotida, Karditsa and Etoloakarnania. It is a region with historical and archaeological sites, religious sites and significant natural beauty.

The village is verdurous with fountains of spring mountain water. Here can also be found the biggest stone church of the Byzantine style of the prefecture, Agia Paraskevi. Adventures such as whitewater rafting, trekking, kayaking, hiking, camping, rappelling and more can be found near the village of Voutyro for tourists and locals alike. Near Voutyro is the Panta Vrehei gorge, which is a little difficult to access.
