Paralia Dionysiou (Παραλία Διονυσίου) Chalkidiki

Paralia Dionysiou is a village in the Municipality of Nea Propontida in the Prefecture of Chalkidiki. According to the 2011 census, it was found to have 681 inhabitants. [1]

Paralia Dionysiou was founded in 1922 mainly by refugees from Istanbul. The Monastery of Dionysiou, which was part of the Monastery of Dionysiou, was destroyed, as a result of which there are no monuments that characterize the area. Moreover, the settlement on Paralia Dionysiou was created much later, in 1964. [2]
