Palaiokerasia (Παλαιοκερασιά) Aitoloakarnania

Palaiokerasia is an uninhabited mountain village in the Regional Unit of Aitoloakarnania with an altitude of 859 meters [1], which is located at a distance of 25 km NE. from Agrinio. As a settlement, it is officially mentioned in 2001 that it was recorded in the then Local Department of Kerasa of the municipality of Panaitolikos [2]. According to the Kallikratis program, together with Malevros, Paleokarya and Kerasia, they constitute the local community of Kerasseas, which belongs to the municipal unit of Panaitolikos of the municipality of Agrinio and according to the 2011 census has no permanent residents.
