East Olympos (Greek: Ανατολικός Όλυμπος) is a former municipality in Pieria peripheral unit, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Dio-Olympos, of which it is a municipal unit.[1] Population 9,374 (2001). The seat of the municipality was in Leptokarya.

The true population of the municipality was 9374 in the year 2001 divided in the following districts:

Palaios Panteleimon (Παλαιός Παντελεήμονας) ,"Old" Panteleimon", a newer village is Neos Panteleimon ("New"), a mountain village, place of the film O Megalexandros of Theo Angelopoulos.
