Alaminos (Greek: Αλαμινός ) is a community of the District of Larnaca of Cyprus, est of Larnaca. In 1960, prior to the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, the village had 564 inhabitants, with a roughly equal number of Greek and Turkish Cypriots.[2] Today the town has around 300 inhabitants.[2]
