Imperio Properties is a Cyprus-based property development and management firm that specialises in the design, construction and marketing of apartments, maisonettes, townhouses, golf villas, as well as commercial developments (offices and shops). The company is a private limited responsibility company registered in Cyprus.
The company is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, and holds representative offices in London, Manchester, Beirut, Dubai, Cairo, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other 10 Russian cities.
Imperio’s directors are the brothers Yiannis Misirlis and Antonis Misirlis.
2009 Award
The company has received a major award in 2009. One of Imperio’s development,[1] was awarded Best Apartment in Cyprus[2] for 2009, by the International Property Awards,[3] in November.
2010 International Awards
In November 2010 two of the company's developments Noble Centre[4] and Buena Vista Residences[5] received two awards for being the best properties in Europe in the categories Best Office Development and Best Interior Design respectively.[6] Imperio was also nominated for the 2010 European Business Awards in Paris, France.
Promsvyazbank Tower
Promsvyazbank Tower by Imperio in Limassol, Cyprus
Promsvyazbank[7] in 2010 appointed Imperio to design and build its regional headquarters in Limassol. The four storey building boasts of panoramic views with a private roof garden at the top, offices and a customer service point. Its offices have the latest facilities and fixtures and the calibre of Promsvyazbank Tower reflects the magnitude and professionalism of the bank. Imperio completed and handed over the building to Promsvyazbank in June 2012.[8] The exterior façade reflects distinctiveness with its grey aluminium and glass architecture and can easily be spotted from a distance as its colours make it stand out. The building is branded according to the bank's colour scheme; blue and orange.
Businessmen of the Year 2010
Imperio's directors, brothers Yiannis and Antonis Misirlis, were voted Businessmen of the Year 2010 in Cyprus by Politis newspaper.[citation needed]
